Hi, I’m Anna, owner and founder of Tidy Little Things, LLC.
I’m a wife, mama of three, and proud New Kent local who started this business in 2025 with one simple goal: to help families feel more at peace in their homes. What began as a small idea quickly grew into a trusted local cleaning company built on professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for our clients.
At Tidy Little Things, we specialize in luxury-style residential and commercial cleaning services with a focus on the little details that make a big difference. From deep cleans and rental turnovers to recurring maintenance services, our team is committed to delivering reliable, high-quality results with five-star customer service.
As a busy mom myself, I understand how overwhelming life can get, and I truly love helping families walk into a clean, refreshed home they can relax and enjoy. One of my favorite parts of this business has been the relationships we’ve built within our community and the trust our clients place in us every day.
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family, cheering on my kids at sports and gymnastics, grabbing a Starbucks iced shaken espresso, or tackling another home project I’ve convinced my husband we “need.”

Sarah
Lead Cleaning Technician

Sarah is such a valued part of the Tidy Little Things team and brings leadership, heart, and years of experience to every home she enters. Since joining TLT in July of 2025, she has become an incredible asset to our company through her strong work ethic, caring nature, and commitment to our five-star standard.
Sarah is a proud wife and mama to her super smart and rambunctious 4.5-year-old son, Carter, who is the center of her world. Family means everything to her, and in her free time she loves doing anything that involves her husband, son, and loved ones, whether that’s exploring somewhere new, trying a fun new experience, or simply enjoying quality time together at home.
With several years of professional cleaning experience, Sarah brings both skill and confidence to every clean. Her favorite spaces to tackle are bathrooms and kitchens because she loves a satisfying transformation, and we have to agree, there’s nothing better than seeing those spaces sparkle again!
What Sarah loves most about her job is waking up excited to go to work each day, building relationships with clients and coworkers, and knowing she is truly making a difference in people’s lives. Whether it’s taking cleaning or organizing off someone’s plate, Sarah knows that helping others creates peace, relief, and more time for what matters most.
That servant heart, passion for excellence, and dedication to others is exactly what makes Sarah so special. We are incredibly grateful to have her on the Tidy Little Things team and know our clients adore her just as much as we do!
Trinity
Lead Cleaning Technician
Trinity is an important part of the Tidy Little Things team and proudly serves as one of our Lead Cleaners. She brings hard work, positive energy, leadership, and pride into every clean she’s a part of. She helps uphold the Tidy Little Things standard while making sure each home and business receives the care and attention it deserves.
She has a heart for family and loves spending time with those closest to her, especially her mom and girlfriend, who she says are her best friends. She also enjoys being surrounded by her big family, including her two older brothers, sisters-in-law, niece, and nephew.
Outside of work, Trinity enjoys collecting Pokémon, playing video games, spending time with family, and visiting Busch Gardens Williamsburg for fun and adventure.
Cleaning has been part of Trinity’s life for many years. She first started around age 13 helping her grandmother clean a bed and breakfast, where she learned the value of hard work and attention to detail early on. After gaining experience in other industries, including healthcare cleaning, she realized her passion was truly in residential and commercial cleaning, helping families and businesses feel refreshed, cared for, and taken care of. That journey led her to Tidy Little Things, and we are so grateful it did!
Her favorite thing to clean is bathrooms because she loves the transformation and satisfaction of seeing them shine. At Tidy Little Things we know it’s those little details that make the biggest difference, and Trinity takes pride in delivering that standard every time.
What Trinity loves most about her job is seeing the finished product after a clean is complete. There’s nothing better than walking away from a freshly transformed space knowing you helped make someone’s day easier, and Trinity brings that mindset to every home and business she enters.
We are so thankful to have Trinity on our team. Her strong work ethic, dependable nature, leadership, and dedication to the Tidy Little Things standard make her such a valued part of what we do.
Lisa
Cleaning Technician/ Certified Organizer

Lisa brings warmth, positivity, and a natural talent for creating beautiful, functional spaces to the Tidy Little Things team. She’s a proud mom of two, grandma to one, and loving cat mom to Noel and Holly.
When she’s not helping transform homes, Lisa loves all things Disney, from collecting special treasures to traveling. Her ultimate goal is to visit every Disney park in the world, and knowing Lisa, we believe she’ll make it happen!
Lisa joined Tidy Little Things in January 2026, but her passion for cleaning and organization started long before then. Even as a child, one of her favorite things to do was clean and organize her room, proof that this talent has always been part of who she is.
Lisa is also a Certified Organizer, and she truly embraces that gift in the work she does each day. She has a special eye for turning cluttered or overwhelming spaces into calm, organized areas that feel refreshed and easy to maintain.
Her favorite spaces to clean are kids’ rooms because she loves organizing toys into fun, adorable little scenes (thank you, Toy Story). It’s that extra level of creativity, care, and detail that makes Lisa so special.
What Lisa loves most about her job is the people she’s met along the way, both clients and coworkers. She values the relationships built through this work and loves knowing she gets to make a difference in people’s lives one home at a time.

Samantha
Cleaning Technician

Sam brings heart, dedication, and an incredible eye for detail to the Tidy Little Things team. She’s the kind of person who pours care into everything she does, and it shows in every home she touches.
A proud cat mom to her beautiful Russian Blue Tabby, Bleu, Sam has a huge soft spot for animals and a nurturing spirit that carries into her work each day. Outside of work, she stays busy spending time with her five cats, loving on her two nieces, running errands, and of course doing what she does best: cleaning!
You’ll usually find her with music playing and a smile on her face. What makes Sam so special is that she doesn’t see cleaning as just cleaning, she sees it as helping people feel better in their homes and in their lives. She loves being part of a team that gives families their space, comfort, and peace of mind back while creating a healthier environment for children, adults, and pets alike.
Sam has a calm, caring nature and takes pride in every detail, making her such a valued part of our team. We are so grateful to have her representing the Tidy Little Things standard and caring for our clients the way she does.

Deanna
Cleaning Technician
Deanna is a valued part of the Tidy Little Things team and works with us part-time on our commercial cleans. She brings a true love for cleaning and takes pride in every space she helps maintain. She enjoys the process just as much as the finished result, always leaving spaces looking fresh, clean, and well cared for.
Outside of work, Deanna is a proud mother to two beautiful girls and loves spending time with her four grandchildren, who mean the world to her. She also enjoys being out on the water and soaking up the sunshine whenever she can. Her happy place is the beach, where she can relax, recharge, and enjoy the ocean air.
